We’ve been coming here for beers for a while now but only tried their pizzas so far which was good. This time we decided to try their burgers since they had the Wednesday & Thursday half price burger deal with a drink purchase. We ordered Miso chicken katsu burger first to share and got a pleasant surprise since it was the best chicken sandwich we had in Perth so far (We’ve been missing chicken sanga from Butter in Sydney so much). So we ended up ordering Southern fried chicken burger to try & another round of beers. I started digging in as soon as I received the second chicken sanga so there’s no photo of it, Haha. Would be back to try their beef burgers as well next time with their tasty IPA range ~ BreakingNews

B'day celebrations - Had my birthday celebrations here last Sat and had a great night. From the moment we arrived the bouncers directed us to our area and then our host for the evening approached me. Firstly birthday wishes were offered and then she offered to get myself and my wife a drink. Bang, now that is service! All night she asked if there were issues and was there if needed. Food was great and music was pumping. All my guests had a fantastic night and I would definitely recommend. Only issue was being on the ground floor other people were constantly entering my "zone" but no biggie, as it was party time. ~ Dean d

I went here for my birthday last Saturday night (around 30 of us and we didn't book) and was treated like absolute ROYALTY. Honestly speech less at how accommodating/friendly the staff are here (especially Kimmy - who went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had the best night). Extremely generous to let me choose a birthday cocktail on them, as well as rearrange all the seating so we were all very comfortable!! THANK YOU !!!! You all went above and beyond!!! (ps their pizzas are AMAZING and the espresso martinis are to die for) highly recommend A++++ ~ Elise H

I'd originally offered 4 stars for NBC. The food was excellent (tasty chicken wings sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children, along with delicious Japanese fries - which included some table-conversation-generating shaved Bonito), and the beer chilled. Staff were great, and took the time to explain the "reserved" notes on tables without looking at us as though we were illiterate idiots. I'd clicked 4 stars because everything shouldn't be either 5 stars or 1, but on seeing the management took the time to respond to my review and ask for detailed feedback... well, that is worth an extra star. ~ Michael O

Epic service manager Mara was super friendly and fun. Food and drink was top notch. Beautiful spot for an afternoon beer and pizza in the heart of Northbridge. This part of the review is specifically noted towards GF / gluten free patrons. The gf pizza bases are excellent for the price(especially if timed with the specials), separate plate goes into the oven. Perfect selection of two bays beers and high awareness regarding Celiac’s from management. 10/10 recommend can only comment upon the pizza bases and beers however I have a feeling the other options would also be delicious! ~ Oliver R

Recently attended their sky deck for a private engagement party. I just want to say what a fantastic venue and staff! A special thanks to Dan (I think it was Dan, one too many martini’s) behind the bar who took care of our every need with a smile on his face, and every member of the team who walked out food and looked after us all. Huge thanks to all who helped made the special couples night go perfectly smooth. If your looking for a great venue for your next special occasion I highly recommend this place. ~ Adrianne N

Absolutely insane how good the Scotch fillet was tonight. Well seasoned and rested, served with a jus to dip, hand cut chips and a green bean, feta and roasted almond salad. Would recommend the IPA to match. Ladies and gentlemen, this was next level and better than any steak I’ve had at hatted and stared restaurants across London and Melbourne. You’ve got yourself a cracking team in that kitchen and the bar staff are friendly, pint pouring legends. Really well done ~ Simon B

Just wanted to say the staff here are absolutely sensational. We came for lunch today (18th Oct 2024) and it was amazing to have the service we did. The gentleman at the bar was incredible. Very friendly and so accommodating. How service should be. The food was fantastic, chips so crunchy, food tasted great. Rest of service staff very friendly, they seem to enjoy where they work. It shows and is apparent to the customer. Well done to the staff, hope management supports you, they should be. ~ Arnant W

We had our wedding reception here and it was honestly everything we hoped for and more. Mara and the team made the whole experience so easy and stress free, and the space itself was beautiful. Everything ran so smoothly on the day and we were able to just enjoy every moment. Our guests are still talking about it! So grateful for the care and effort that went into making our day so special. Not to mention the fast food delivery and yummy food. Definitely try the baked brie 🫶🏼 ~ Christina H

Amazing service! Brilliant food and Awesome Venue! On a night out I always find myself at NBC, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and I love the music and all over vibe. I organised a surprise party for my partner and NBC was my first choice! Jessica was so helpful and flexible with organising the booking and the night went so well, the staff made it that much better. My fave spot in Northbridge hands down. ~ Jessie G

Really impressed with how this place has embraced COVID management without compromising the experience. High five for the way you have done this and loved the little touch of the stamp on entry ‘vaxed to the max’. And as for the beers, they certainly ticked all of the boxes. After a tasting paddle, I will be back for a few pints next time. Also credit to the two members of staff and how they handled a patron who was feeling a little emotional. ~ Myles M

Great visit! Very friendly bar tender recommended the Beerland IPA which was full of flavour with a fresh zesty taste, really nice. For food I ordered the snapper tacos which had a decent chunk of fresh crispy fried snapper in them with kimchi pickles mayo etc which was fantastic! Together the beer and food was a wonderful combination which I really enjoyed and reasonably priced too. Nice venue also, Will be back definitely. ~ Eddoras

Absolutely love this bar, been drinking here for years! All the staff are so friendly and professional I wouldn't want to drink anywhere else. Come here everyweek and the great people working here, and the variety of great food and drinks is fantastic. Very friendly and professional staff, nice brews and good food. Location good too, right in the heart of NB looking over the square. I like how the staff came over to check that my meal was all to my liking etc. Their "frequent flyer" scheme (Beerland app) is also well worth signing up for to get specials and freebies. Went wirt $10 pizza with any drink. Midstrength lager was really nice and a perfect sip with the buffalo wings a go to I order at any pub/brewery. Wings were some of the better ones I've had. Margarita was nice, crust a little soggy but still enjoyable. Didn't wait long at all for a meal albeit wasn't very busy. Friendly.servixe and a good time overall I'd happily recommend this establishment to family and friends. ~ Cody P

Und wer wie wir noch zur Happy Hour dort ist, bezahlt für die Biere nur die Hälfte! All day Pizza gibt es für sage und schreibe 4,—AUD! Wir haben für zwei Pizzen und zwei Pint Wheat Beer 24,-AUD bezahlt! Unglaublich! Und die waren gut! Nicht umsonst zur Happy Hour gut besucht! Chilli Week I love chilli My expectations were exceeded by NBC chilli week. The crab itself was great, the chilli was not the classic Singapore style, it had a slightly Thai style, but it was fantastic. The gumbo was glorious. The chicken was fun tasty dish The arepas were so good And they had some really good beers on that night too. If they do another chilli week, I will be back! ~ Michael D

My fiancé and I hosted our engagement party on the rooftop sky deck bar last weekend. The venue was amazing and the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure our guests had a good night! The food and bar service was amazing! Great little spot for a nice icy cold bevie and why not add a $4 pizza to go with it! (Special deal with a drink purchase). Great casual vibe with a good outdoor area. The second floor and rooftop was closed during the day but can imagine it being a great place to sit during the night. Staff were super friendly & attentive & food came out fast too! Organised a quiz night on the Skydeck of NBC and couldn't have had a better experience. Kim was excellent with the booking and ensuring we had everything we needed. Bar and floor staff on the night were brilliant and lead to a fantastic night. Couldn't recommend them highly enough, definitely a hidden gem of a rooftop bar right in the heart of Northbridge. 10/10! ~ John M
